Our customer service department is available Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. The customer service representative will not accept email orders - all orders must be placed by phone or online through our secure shopping cart. General Terms and Conditions:

    • Ordering Policy:

      We are able to accept orders placed online via our web site or by phone. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Your security is important to us so we use secure server software (SSL) that encrypts your credit card and personal information.

    • Shipping Policy:

      We strive to ship all products within 24 hours. Order delivery takes 3-5 business days on average, depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Please note: During the months of the coronavirus (Covid-19), customers have reported unexpected shipping delays with the USPS. Please review the information provided for more details.

    • Return Policy:

      Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You may return any unworn and unused regularly priced items that are in the original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Note: We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Item(s) must not be washed or worn; all tags must be present, garment wrinkle free, smoke free and no pet/human hair. Item(s) will be inspected before processing a return.

      Please include a detailed message with your shipment. Also, you may want to consider buying insurance as we are not responsible for lost shipments. Upon receiving the returned items, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to process and issue an exchange or refund.

    • Exchange Policy:

      Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date. Item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. item(s) must not be worn or washed; all tags must be present, garment wrinkle free, smoke free, no pet/human hair, not soiled, etc.
      Item(s) will be inspected before processing an exchange. If items are returned after the 30 days, buyer waives the right to a refund or exchange. Seller maintains the right to evaluate each return on a case by case basis and may consider the exchange based on individual circumstances.

      To exchange: Return the items you want to have replaced to the address above. Please include a detailed message with your shipment providing the details of the item(s) you would like in return.

      NOTE: All International customers - (orders outside USA) will have to pay all shipping charges for exchanges. 


  • Sale and Discounted Merchandise

    Please note that all clearance sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them. This includes web purchases, sample sales, and showroom sales.

    If clearance sale items are returned - buyer waives the right to a refund or exchange.

  • Product Condition

    If damaged, worn, dirty/soiled or wrinkled items are returned - buyer waives the right to a refund or exchange. If returned items do not pass inspection we reserve the right to charge, 15% or more as a re-stocking fee.


Coupon Policy:

Only one coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated in the individual offer. All coupons apply only to orders placed on - If an expiration date is listed, the coupon expires at 11:59 PM PST on the date of expiration unless stated otherwise. To redeem a coupon, one must enter the coupon code at the time of checkout, requests to apply coupon discounts after an order is placed will not be granted. Most coupons, unless stated otherwise, apply only to full priced merchandise. Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift certificates and do not apply to shipping. Coupons do not apply to special sections of the site like closeout sales and private sales.
